1, Failure of Imaje printer Fan.
Reasons:
24Vpower supply failure;CPU shutter jumper failure;Dirty fan;Burnout of the fan or broken of the axle.
2, Imaje viscosity failure: viscometer can't be filled up or can't be drained off.
1) When the viscometer can't be filled up, there are 3 reasons:
Loose or disconnection of the wires to viscometer electroplates, please check and tightly connect them.
Low concentration of Imaje ink, please change it.
If the viscometer valve is not tightly closed, please use a wire to connect the electrode and the ground, then check the circuit.
2) When the viscometer can't be drained off, there are also 3 reasons:
If there is no action of the viscometer valve, please check the connections and voltage.
If the viscometer valve system is blocked, please eliminate the pipe line.
If the vacuum power is too week, please increase it.
3, When Imaje printer shows 0 on barometer (but there is ink rolling in the cartridge), there are two reasons:
If there is blockings in front of the pressure sensor in pressure line system (normally it happens in machine cleaning and after drainage), please cut off the tube behind the second current-limiting tube which is in the back of the pressure pump, and then put it towards the ink cartridge and start the machine to break through the blockings.

1, Failures on printing speed: When the setting printing speed is higher than software's permissive scope, please lower it. You can also change to higher speed FontLab software or adjust the resolutions rate (width of the character)
2, High voltage failure.
Reason: If Imaje printer detect over sized high voltage current, there could be caused by incompletely drying after machine cleaning. Users should clean the high voltage counter electrode and the plastic part below, as well as the back of the print head.
3, Opening of print head cover
If Imaje printer can't detect the magnet on the print head cover, please firstly check whether t magnet is lost or being unmagnified, then check the wire connections and IMP board, shield the print head cover in short time and change it in time.
4, Recover failure: Imaje printer can't detect any Imaje ink circulation in recovery tank.
If there is no Imaje ink flowed back to the recovery tank, there are two situations:
If there is no ink line sprayed out from the nozzle, please open up the nozzle, check the connections and ink system.
If there is no Imaje ink line returned to the recovery tank, please open up the nozzle for absorbing the solvent; check the stability to adjust the Imaje ink line. And use ultrasonic to clean the nozzle.
